Policyflow is a web-based HR policy management product for HR and compliance teams that need to create or upload policies, route them for approval, distribute them to targeted groups, and collect version-specific acknowledgments. Recipients can confirm through personal links without creating accounts. The product also tracks policy versions, approvals, campaign progress, reminders, and audit activity, supporting policy-communication work connected to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA requirements.
Its free plan is a meaningful starting point rather than a limited document repository: it includes unlimited policies, full version history, authoring, approvals, targeted campaigns, acknowledgments, reminders, immutable history, audit logs, and audit-ready exports. The Core plan is displayed at €155 per month when billed annually, with a 250-covered-people limit. Core adds approval workflows, group-based targeting, automated reminders, a policy template library, Azure AD and Google Workspace sync, and SSO through Microsoft and Google.
