Our verdict on Pokesensor
Pokesensor is a desktop hardware-monitoring application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It brings CPU, GPU, memory, disk, temperature, fan, and power readings into one dashboard, with live 1-second graphs and an always-on-top overlay. It suits desktop users who want visual sensor tracking, thermal awareness, and configurable alerts without starting with a paid subscription. The application operates locally and states that hardware telemetry is not transmitted.
The free plan covers real-time CPU, GPU, memory, and disk readouts, live graphs, the compact overlay, and support for all three desktop platforms. VIP costs $5 per month and adds up to 24 hours of session logging, smart threshold alerts, CSV and JSON export, and a thermal heat map. VIP+ costs $10 per month and adds custom per-sensor fan curves, multi-profile dashboard layouts, unlimited saved alert rules, and per-sensor color coding and renaming. This makes the entry paid tier focused on visibility and records, while the next tier adds more control and customization.
Higher tiers are aimed at longer-term monitoring and multiple systems. VIP++ costs $20 per month and adds 30-day logging history, remote monitoring from another device, multi-GPU and multi-drive dashboards, and scheduled CSV reports. VIP Super+ costs $30 per month and adds unlimited logging history, priority email support, early access to new features, and up to five devices on one license. Pokesensor is a strong fit for users prioritizing graphs, heat maps, overlays, and local monitoring at a low monthly price. Users who need advanced fan control, remote access, or extended history should budget for the relevant tier.
