It brings together online booking, drag-and-drop staff calendars, client and pet records, payment collection, deposits, cancellation fees, reminders, point of sale, invoicing and reporting. Customers can book, reschedule and pay online, while teams can maintain grooming histories and photos alongside appointment information. It is most suitable for pet businesses that need scheduling connected to day-to-day client and animal records.
The plan structure covers solo operators through multi-location businesses. Puddle is the free plan and includes one staff calendar, an online booking page, PetPond payments and email reminders. Solo costs £19 per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited clients, own branding, deposits and cancellation fees, plus client and pet records with grooming history and photos. Studio costs £49 per month and supports up to five staff calendars, SMS reminders, point of sale and tipping, Xero accounting sync and priority support.
