ParkAgenda brings reservations and day-to-day operations into one system for airport and off-airport parking operators offering shuttle, valet or meet-and-greet services. It is aimed at parking businesses coordinating arrivals, departures and vehicle handoffs, rather than travelers looking for a space. The product is positioned for operators with one to fifty sites, and its reservation queue can include partner-platform, email, API and desk-entered bookings.
Its operational coverage extends beyond booking status. Staff can manage arrivals, departures and availability in a live agenda, record mileage, fuel, keys, vehicle-condition photos and a customer signature at check-in, and coordinate shuttle runs and shifts. Live occupancy, revenue and commission analytics, on-site cash tracking, activity history, and CSV or PDF exports support oversight. Web access, an Android app for reservation and availability views, and a protected API give teams several ways to work with the system.
