For residential use, the workflow covers both assigned and guest spaces: residents can self-serve assignments, and guests can make reservations. Operators can set custom rules and quotas, adjust pricing dynamically or for events, and handle parking payments and payouts. Real-time records and utilization views provide operational visibility. Enforcement workflows include mobile patrol and license-plate scanning (OCR), making the patrol process part of the same property-oriented system rather than a separate listed product. Parkade is a fit when these assignment, reservation and enforcement needs belong together; operators seeking capabilities beyond this scope may prefer a broader-focused alternative.
Integration options include Yardi, Entrata and RealPage property-management systems, plus gate access-control systems. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also listed.
