It brings parking assets, permits, tenants, drivers and spaces into one administrative system, while drivers can book current or future spaces, use digital permits, share allocated parking and enter through the mobile app. Its scope also covers visitor reservations, payments, revenue tracking, license plate recognition, access control and EV charger usage, making it suited to organizations coordinating shared parking across sites.
The platform’s ecosystem is a major consideration for property and facilities teams. Parkable integrates with Axis cameras, Avigilon Alta, Brivo, Gallagher, Integriti, Nedap Lumo, Paxton, 6S Global and Siemens SiPass, along with property platforms including CBRE Host, Cureoscity, VTS Activate and Equiem.
