Pandle is cloud bookkeeping software for small businesses, sole traders and accountants. It combines bank imports and automated bank feeds with transaction categorisation, invoicing, receipt and bill handling, financial reports, inventory tracking, VAT support and payment reminders. Users can invite accountants and other collaborators with configurable permissions, while mobile apps extend bookkeeping tasks to iOS and Android. Its free plan makes the product particularly relevant to freelancers and small businesses that want core bookkeeping tools without starting on a paid tier.
The plan structure is straightforward. The free Pandle plan includes bank imports, business reports, MTD Income Tax submissions, multiple currencies, payment reminders and recurring transactions.
