Our verdict on OrgNice
OrgNice turns a Google Sheets employee roster into a live staff directory and organizational chart. It maps names, titles, reporting relationships, and additional fields, then updates views when the connected Sheet changes. Searchable profiles, card and table layouts, reporting-line visualization, and custom fields make it suitable for startups, small businesses, operations teams, founders, and HR teams that already manage employee data in Google Sheets.
Pricing is structured around projects rather than users. The Basic plan is free and supports up to five projects. Standard costs $20 per project per month with annual billing or $30 per project per month with monthly billing, adding a Google Sheets connection plus sharing and embedding. Plus costs $25 per project per month annually or $40 per project per month monthly, adding advanced sharing and PNG, SVG, and PDF export. A seven-day free trial is also available. This structure suits teams organizing a small number of charts, while multiple projects can create a higher recurring cost.
