Onpipeline is a cloud-based sales CRM for growing teams that need more than contact and deal tracking. Its core workspace combines customizable visual pipelines, lead and contact management, activities, reports, appointment booking, quotes, e-signatures, invoicing, recurring revenue management, customer portals, inventory, and workflow automation. The product is especially suited to small teams that want sales and billing workflows in one system rather than separate tools. It is accessed through a responsive web interface and API, with a 30-day free trial and no free plan.

The plan structure expands from pipeline management into broader sales operations. Pipeline includes custom stages, unlimited teams, contacts, and deals, calendar and appointment booking, sales insights, and up to 200 invoices per year. Standard adds quotes, a pricebook, e-signatures, lead management, referral tracking, web forms, email integration, and up to 50 workflow automations. Advanced adds bulk email and SMS campaigns, a customer portal, sales goals, inventory management, and up to 100 workflow automations. Enterprise adds custom automations, an expandable portal, custom API integrations, a dedicated SLA and support, and personalized onboarding. Teams should choose their tier based on whether they need billing, campaigns, inventory, or enterprise services beyond the core pipeline.

Onpipeline also fits teams with an established business-tool ecosystem. Integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft Office Calendar, Mailchimp, Zapier, Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, QuickBooks, Calendly, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, and several form tools. REST API access, webhooks, widgets, and action menus provide additional connection points. The trade-off is platform coverage: there is no mobile app, so mobile-first teams may prefer another CRM. Teams evaluating AI should also distinguish the homepage’s AI-powered feature claim from the broader onAI feature set, which is labeled coming soon. Onpipeline is a strong fit for web-based sales operations with billing needs, but less suitable for teams requiring native mobile access or fully available AI capabilities.
