Our verdict on OnePlan
OnePlan is a cloud-based strategic portfolio management platform for enterprises, PMOs, finance teams, and project leaders. It brings financial planning, portfolio management, resource allocation, work planning, reporting, and integrations into one environment. Budgeting features cover budgets, forecasts, actuals, capital and operating expenses, and actual-versus-budget analysis. It also supports scenario modeling, approval workflows, dashboards, Sofia AI, mobile access, and work tracking with tasks and timesheets.
Pricing is structured across three plans. Basic costs $10 per user per month when billed annually and includes Insights AI, Portfolio Plan, Work Plan, Mobile, Microsoft Teams integration, and built-in dashboards. Professional costs $30 per user per month when billed annually and adds Status Reports, Innovation Portal, Portfolio Boards, Portfolio Roadmaps, and Resource Plan. Enterprise adds Portfolio Modeler, Advanced OData Reporting, Advanced Integrations, Workflow / Automations, and Enterprise Permissions, with custom pricing. Basic and Professional have a 3-user minimum, and free trials are offered.
