Oneflow is a cloud contract lifecycle management platform for sales, finance, procurement, HR, operations, and legal teams. It supports interactive web-based contracts, PDF uploads, reusable templates, collaboration, approvals, electronic signatures, signing order, audit trails, lifecycle rules, renewal notifications, and a structured repository with folders, tags, and filters. A free plan makes it approachable for budget-conscious teams, while the separate 14-day evaluation provides a defined period for assessing the platform.
The platform covers the contract journey from creation through signing and ongoing management. Teams can use internal approval workflows before signing, apply lifecycle rules and end-date reminders, and organize agreements in a searchable repository. AI features support writing, extraction, summarization, review, and insights.
