NextSend is a cloud-based file transfer service for sending and receiving files through emailed download links. Its history and download-status tracking, recipient confirmations, address book, and multi-user accounts make it a fit for teams that need to manage deliveries rather than send files once and lose visibility. Customer and partner upload areas also support inbound file collection. The service is web-based and does not require desktop software installation; it is positioned for individuals, professionals, businesses, administrations, and associations.
Branding and workflow controls are central strengths. Teams can apply a custom logo, colors, and domain, and the webservice API supports application embedding and transfer automation. SSL encryption is specified for transfers. The listed maximum for the core transfer limit is 2 GB, while Secure FTP support is available for files larger than 2 GB.
