NextSend review
Branded, trackable file delivery with web-based transfers and an API.

NextSend is a cloud-based file transfer service for sending and receiving files through emailed download links. Its history and download-status tracking, recipient confirmations, address book, and multi-user accounts make it a fit for teams that need to manage deliveries rather than send files once and lose visibility. Customer and partner upload areas also support inbound file collection. The service is web-based and does not require desktop software installation; it is positioned for individuals, professionals, businesses, administrations, and associations.
Branding and workflow controls are central strengths. Teams can apply a custom logo, colors, and domain, and the webservice API supports application embedding and transfer automation. SSL encryption is specified for transfers. The listed maximum for the core transfer limit is 2 GB, while Secure FTP support is available for files larger than 2 GB. That distinction matters for organizations exchanging larger files: the FTP option may suit that need, but NextSend is not a desktop-based workflow. It also offers email and ticket support, rather than 24/7 support.
The Free plan is described as a free file transfer service. Premium is listed at €1.99 per month and adds customer support and unrestricted bandwidth. The published plans also show Start, Pro, Entreprise, Optimum, Integral, and Business as annual plans, with monthly-equivalent prices of €4.90, €24.90, €45, €99, €245, and €580 respectively. The pricing page presents amounts in euros excluding taxes. Choose NextSend if branded delivery, confirmations, team management, or an API matter; consider another service if you require a desktop app or a straightforward core transfer limit above 2 GB.
