NEXT CMMS brings work orders, preventive maintenance, asset history, inventory and reporting into a cloud-based system for small and midsize maintenance teams. It also includes AI-assisted triage and maintenance insights, custom forms, approvals and audit records. Teams can use it through a browser or installable experiences for Windows, Android and iOS. Its scope suits teams looking to coordinate routine maintenance and field updates in one system; organizations with more specialized requirements should assess whether its documented workflows match their processes.
The published plans show a free tier with 2 users, 10 active work orders, 500MB of attachment storage, CSV export and 25,000 AI tokens per month. Starter costs $49 per month and raises the limits to 5 users, 100 active work orders, 10GB of storage and 500,000 AI tokens. Pro costs $99 monthly for 10 users, 300 active work orders, 50GB and 2M AI tokens, with a different analytics export suite. A 14-day trial is also available.
