It brings together lead and contact workspaces, inquiry history, source attribution, customer conversations, property and project inventory, matching, deals, campaigns, reporting, and administration. Brokerage owners, managers, agents, operations teams, and marketing teams can use the platform to coordinate work from inquiry through deal, with workflows covering both buyer and property requirements.

Its strongest fit is a brokerage that needs regional lead capture connected to structured inventory operations. Nexi integrates with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Skyloov, Reelly, Meta Lead Ads, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Platform, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, HubSpot, website leads, API or webhooks, and CSV or Excel imports. The workflow layer adds assignment rules, SLAs, escalation, automated follow-up creation, and controlled opportunity pipelines.
