NexaMail is a South African email marketing and customer communication platform for smaller teams, service providers and growing organisations. It supports newsletters, campaigns, service updates and transactional email through a web interface and API. Core tools include a drag-and-drop campaign editor, templates, contact lists, tags, segmentation, automated customer journeys, scheduling, personalised messages, reporting, lead-capture forms, pop-ups, consent management and A/B testing.
Pricing is organised by sending volume and includes subscriber, list and automation allowances. Free Trial includes 2,000 emails per month, 1,000 subscribers, 10 mail lists and 10 automations. Starter raises those limits to 10,000 emails, 10,000 subscribers, 20 mail lists and 50 automations per month. Business includes 50,000 emails, 50,000 subscribers, 50 mail lists and unlimited automations. Growth includes 150,000 emails, unlimited subscribers, unlimited mail lists and unlimited automations.
