Newspoint helps organizations track brands, products, competitors and topics across online publications and social media. Its coverage includes websites, portals, blogs, forums, podcasts and social platforms, with search, filtering, alerts and analytics in a cloud service. It suits small teams that need to follow online conversation and review mention trends; organizations requiring press, radio or television monitoring should look elsewhere for that coverage.
Search options go beyond basic keyword matching: users can apply phrase, context, exclusion and proximity criteria, then filter by source, sentiment, reach, metadata and date. Alerts can arrive by email in real time or on a schedule. Analytics include publication reach, sentiment, share of voice and advertising value equivalent, while author and opinion-leader search can help teams identify who is publishing relevant material. Results can be tagged, archived, exported to XLS or accessed through the API. AI features are included in the listed plans.
Archive length is a key plan distinction: Easy includes 3 days, Business 7 days, Pro 14 days and Advanced 30 days. According to the vendor's pricing page, the annual-billed entry price is 149 PLN per month, with prices in PLN subject to 23% VAT; a 7-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
