MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange is the asset catalog within Anypoint Platform, built for organizations that need to publish, find, share, and govern APIs and integration assets across teams or with external consumers. It supports API specifications as well as connectors, templates, examples, policies, documentation, and AI-related assets. That breadth makes it relevant to mid-market and enterprise teams standardizing reuse and access across an API portfolio, rather than buyers looking for a lightweight, standalone directory.
Exchange covers both catalog discovery and the work around API publication. Users can search and filter assets by type and metadata, share them with users, teams, organizations, or external organizations, and create developer portals, including public portals. The catalog can generate API documentation, map asset dependencies, and provide API mocking for tests. Gateway synchronization is another practical fit for organizations with distributed API estates: supported sources include Amazon API Gateway, Azure API Management, Google Apigee API Gateway, and Kong API Gateway. The catalog also works alongside MuleSoft tools such as Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Code Builder, and Design Center.
