Our verdict on Moni Proxy

Moni Proxy is an HTTP/HTTPS debugging proxy for mobile and desktop developers, QA engineers, and authorized security testers. It captures and decrypts traffic locally, then provides request and response inspection across headers, bodies, and raw HTTP views. The free plan includes unlimited HTTPS captures, HAR export, one active Map Local mock rule, one active request rewrite rule, and one active breakpoint rule. That makes it a practical starting point for developers who need core traffic debugging across devices without an ongoing subscription.

Its strongest area is the breadth of request control. Moni Proxy can mock responses, rewrite headers, status codes, and redirects, pause and edit requests or responses with breakpoint rules, compose and replay requests, and run JavaScript request and response interceptors. HAR, cURL, and native session exports support handoffs and repeatable debugging. Typed model generation for Swift, Dart, Kotlin, and TypeScript adds a useful bridge from captured traffic to application code. QR-based remote pairing connects mobile and desktop workflows, while the apps cover iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

The paid structure is straightforward. Desktop costs $71 one-time for one desktop device, all desktop platforms, all Pro features, a perpetual license, and one year of updates. Multi-Device costs $79 one-time and adds one desktop, one iOS, and one Android device, with iOS and Android apps included. Team 5 and Team 10 cost $129 and $229 one-time, respectively, and add centralized seat management, cross-platform access, and priority email support. Moni Proxy suits developers who value broad traffic manipulation and mobile pairing; teams needing more than one active free-tier rule or immediate Linux desktop binaries should consider those constraints before choosing it.
