Memberly is a cloud membership-management platform for clubs, associations, schools, churches, charities and other community organisations. It brings member records, online applications, dues, invoices, events, communications and compliance tracking into one system. Members can use a self-service portal to update profiles, view invoices, register for events and switch plans, while administrators manage hierarchies, renewals and payments. Its focus suits organisations that want to automate routine member lifecycle work rather than manage records alone.
The plan structure starts with a Free tier that includes member records and contacts, fees and invoices, an online store, REST API and import connectors, plus up to 3 active events. Starter adds unlimited events, email campaigns, payment plans and discounts, Xero integration and an asset register. Pro adds consent management, a built-in LMS, financial journal, RiskIQ and 50,000 email sends per month; Business adds financial reports, unlimited CRM contacts, a six-level hierarchy and 100,000 sends. Enterprise lists custom domains, certificate OCR, unlimited email sends and unlimited user accounts. A 14-day free trial is also offered. These tiers give buyers a clear feature progression, especially around events, communications and administration.
Its breadth is a practical advantage for groups handling more than renewals: Memberly also lists event registration, waiting lists, attendance, surveys, forms, stores, donations and compliance, qualification and consent tracking.
