Member365 is a cloud membership management platform for associations, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, professional societies, and other member-based organizations. Its scope covers centralized member records, online applications, recurring billing, automated renewals, self-service portals, directories, gated content, events, communications, discussion forums, and learning management. Organizations that need continuing-education tracking and certificates alongside core membership operations will find a particularly broad feature set. Members can manage profiles, renew memberships, register for events, access content, communicate, and make payments online.

Pricing starts with the Core package at $299 per month, billed monthly. This package supports daily membership-organization operations, while additional modules can be added as organizations scale. The pricing structure also includes custom quotes and a one-time setup fee, so the starting price is best viewed as the entry point rather than the complete cost for a larger deployment. There are no free-plan features in the published package structure. Organizations should weigh the monthly commitment and setup cost against the value of combining membership, education, events, communications, and community functions in one system.

Member365 also fits organizations with an established software ecosystem. Integrations include Zapier, a RESTful API, Stripe, Authorize.net, Worldline, WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and SurveyMonkey. The web and API platforms support connections across payments, marketing, websites, collaboration, and data workflows. Choose Member365 when education features, member self-service, recurring dues, and broad operational coverage matter more than a low entry price. Smaller organizations seeking a simpler or lower-cost membership tool may prefer a narrower product.
