Melio is an accounts payable and business payments platform for U.S. businesses, accountants, and growing finance teams. It brings together bill intake, approvals, vendor management, payment execution, expense management, invoicing, and payment tracking across web, iOS, and Android. Bills can enter through manual creation, file uploads, spreadsheet imports, Gmail imports, or AI-powered capture and OCR scanning. Payment methods include ACH, cards, wires, checks, and international payments, while an AI assistant answers accounts payable questions.
The pricing structure starts with Go, a free plan that includes five free ACH payments per month, AI bill capture, a dedicated bills inbox, international payments, and one user. Core costs $25 per month monthly or $20 per month annually, adding 20 free ACH payments, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, batch payments, custom approval workflows, and priority chat support. Boost costs $55 monthly or $44 annually, with 50 free ACH payments, advanced user roles, QuickBooks Desktop sync, premium phone support, and advanced approval controls.
