Our verdict on MeetingRoom365
MeetingRoom365 provides room displays for checking availability and managing meeting-room reservations. People can book a room at its display, extend a meeting or end it early. It is aimed at teams that want straightforward room-panel booking across small, mid-market or enterprise environments, rather than a room system centered on a wider set of functions. Displays can use Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace room calendars; Dibs is described as an option for spaces without an external calendar.
Its central strength is the display workflow. Live availability and calendar synchronization are paired with a room finder across participating displays, and administrators can require check-in so unconfirmed reservations release the room. Web-based admin tools configure displays, calendars and booking actions. Custom themes, CSS and JavaScript provide display customization. People can also book through a web-based admin portal or an embeddable booking widget, while listed platforms include web, iOS, Android, Windows and Fire OS. These options suit teams standardizing room panels while retaining a web booking route, but the product remains focused on meeting-room display operations.
According to the vendor's pricing page, the Meeting Room Display plan costs $9 per display monthly or $99 per display annually, with the annual price described as 10% savings versus month to month. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card requirement. The per-display model makes the cost relate to equipped rooms rather than users, so it is worth comparing against the planned display count. Email, chat and phone support are listed, alongside GDPR and two-factor authentication. Teams looking for panel booking, calendar connection and check-in controls should consider it; teams needing a broader room-systems feature set may prefer an alternative.
