It provides a unified order record, real-time inventory visibility, order promising, fulfillment orchestration, sourcing optimization, post-purchase servicing, returns, and customer notifications. Supported fulfillment methods include ship-to-customer, pickup in store, ship-to-store, ship-from-store, curbside pickup, and same-day delivery. Its broad operational scope makes it a fit for large global retailers managing complex omnichannel journeys.

Pricing follows three editions, and the published model requires contacting sales. Essentials includes core order orchestration, omnichannel fulfillment, and core customer service. Enterprise adds future inventory availability, advanced order orchestration, extended fulfillment, and enhanced customer service. Enterprise Premier includes everything in Enterprise, plus advanced fulfillment optimization, recovery and returns, and enhanced customer service.
