MainBoss is a computerized maintenance management system from Thinkage Ltd. for teams coordinating maintenance requests, work orders, equipment, and facilities. Its free system is designed for a single user and supports problem and resolution tracking, up to 50 requestors, and unlimited buildings and equipment. Maintenance teams that need preventive work can schedule it by calendar or meter, while corrective work is handled through requests and work orders. The product is primarily Windows-based, with web access for assigned work orders and requests.

Its scope extends beyond work orders into parts and operations. MainBoss records spare parts and storerooms, tracks usage, and provides reorder reporting; purchasing and receiving management, labor and contractor time and cost tracking, and maintenance reporting and analysis are also included. Web modules let workers view assigned work and record time and materials from web-enabled computers and mobile devices. Microsoft SQL Server is the listed integration.
