Our verdict on Lulu & Sky
Lulu & Sky is an online fashion retailer with an Android shopping app and web access. Its catalog covers clothing and accessories for women and girls, plus-size styles, and men's accessories. The app suits budget-conscious shoppers who want to browse fashion, save items, and check out without paying for the app. It is less suited to shoppers who depend on store pickup, rapid delivery, or loyalty rewards.
Browsing can be narrowed by category, color, or price, and wishlists give shoppers a way to keep track of items they are considering. Outfit catwalk videos add a visual way to view styles. Sale alerts and notifications about new arrivals help shoppers keep up with the retailer's catalog. Checkout supports cash on delivery, debit cards, and credit cards. The retailer ships across India and provides a returns and exchanges policy, while order tracking is available through its website rather than the app.
The app is free and available on Android, with web access as another way to shop. Its feature set is focused on fashion discovery and purchases rather than broader delivery or retention services: store pickup, same-day delivery, loyalty rewards, and price-drop alerts are not part of the offering. Email is the listed support channel. Choose Lulu & Sky if you want a free fashion-shopping option with wishlists and straightforward checkout; consider another retailer if delivery speed, pickup, rewards, or app-based order tracking are central to your decision.
