It brings tenant, resident and company management together with memberships, leases and contracts, desk and room booking, resource scheduling, billing, invoicing, payment tracking and floor plans. Operators can also configure access controls and security zones, manage events and support tickets, maintain a knowledge base, and offer members mobile access and community features. Its published positioning fits teams running multiple locations or operations that need unlimited member and location capacity.

Starter costs 599000 UZS per location per month and includes resident and company management, desk and room booking, memberships and plans, billing and invoices, analytics and community features.
