Lev CRM is a cloud-based commercial real estate relationship-management workspace for financing brokers, lenders, investment sales brokers, and other CRE teams. It brings contacts, companies, emails, notes, files, deal history, and next steps into one system. Network filtering, automatic follow-up tracking, deal pipelines, task ownership, and AI-assisted drafting make it particularly suited to professionals whose work depends on maintaining relationships across active deals.

Pricing is organized into Individual, Team, and Enterprise plans. Individual costs $299 per month for one user and includes the full platform, 10,000 monthly credits, CRM, pipeline, Lev Agent, Lev Memo, and Vault. Team costs $499 per month for three users on one shared account, with 25,000 shared monthly credits, shared memos, outreach, deal rooms, and admin visibility. Enterprise adds a custom credit pool, parent and producer accounts, API and MCP integrations, dedicated implementation, and a named team.
