It is suited to people who want a structured estate-planning workflow with document storage, revisions, printed document sets, and optional attorney consultations. LegalZoom states that its estate plans are accepted in all 50 states.
Pricing is organized by document type and household size. Pro Will — Individual costs $149 one-time and includes 30 days of attorney consultations; Premium Will — Individual costs $299 and includes one year of consultations. Basic Trust — Individual costs $399, while Premium Trust — Individual costs $549 and adds one year of consultations. Couple packages cost $249 for Pro Will, $399 for Premium Will, $499 for Basic Trust, and $649 for Premium Trust. The couple plans include two wills or relevant paired documents.
