Our verdict on EncorEstate Plans
EncorEstate Plans is estate-planning software for financial advisors and their clients. It supports state-specific will-based and trust-based plans across 50 states, along with financial and health-care powers of attorney, advance health-care directives, and HIPAA releases. The product is positioned for solo advisors, independent RIAs, and larger advisory firms that want estate-planning workflows combined with back-office support. Advisor-branded client workflows and document storage extend the product beyond a basic document generator.
Pricing is organized around one-time, pay-as-you-go products. The published plans show a $100 starting price, while the Will-Based Plan costs $400 and includes a last will and testament, financial and health-care powers of attorney, an advance health-care directive, and a HIPAA release. The Trust-Based Plan costs $650 and adds a revocable trust, pour-over will, certification of trust, general transfer, and financial and health-care powers of attorney. Smaller-scope options include the $125 Powers Only Plan, the $100 Business Assignments plan, and the $300 Deed Filing plan. A $150 Visual Plan Summary includes custom branding, a client deliverable, custom analysis, and human review.
Its strongest distinction is breadth with human involvement. EncorEstate Plans combines estate documents with trust funding, deed filing, human document review, and human quality control. The Deed Filing plan can pull the last recorded deed, prepare a new deed where appropriate, and file with the county. Optional attorney review adds another review path, while advisor-branded workflows support client-facing delivery. This makes the product a fit for advisors who need more than wills alone and want operational support around trusts and property. Advisors seeking a web-based, full-plan workflow should consider it; teams looking for a platform beyond the web or a simpler document-only tool may prefer a narrower alternative.
