Our verdict on Leap Scores
Meet directors and clubs running gymnastics competitions are the natural audience for Leap Scores. It covers the event workflow from online club registration and payment collection through USA Gymnastics sanction and roster synchronization, paperless judging, rotations, live results, awards and financial tracking. Parents can follow progress and scores on no-login web pages, while Android apps support judges and directors. The emphasis is meet operations, not the broader day-to-day management of a gymnastics club.
Pricing is per meet and depends on session count rather than a recurring subscription. The free “1 Session Free” plan covers one-session meets and is limited to 50 gymnasts, one meet per month and four per year. Paid options start at $75 per meet for one session, with unlimited gymnasts. The published plans then range from $125 for two sessions and $200 for four to $350 for eight, $450 for 12, $550 for 16 and $700 for 24 sessions. That structure gives organizers a free entry point and a clear event-size ladder, but costs increase as session needs grow.
Its operational depth is the main reason to consider it: directors can manage rotations, publish smart-TV scoreboards, calculate medal and banner quantities, and track meet profit and loss.
