It is designed for teams that need to capture inquiries from portals, web forms, inboxes, and calls, then move those leads through a leasing pipeline. Automatic assignment, speed-to-lead routing, SLA escalation, stage-based playbooks, contact history, SMS follow-up, and reporting bring leasing activity into one system. Web, iOS, and Android access supports teams working across offices and devices.
Pricing is split across Phone + Inbox, CRM, and Operations plans. Phone + Inbox Core costs $29 per user per month with annual billing or $35 monthly, adding a shared inbox, IVR phone menu, contact history, and, on the annual plan, iOS and Android access. Phone + Inbox Pro costs $59 per user per month annually or $65 monthly, with features such as ring groups, warm transfers, an AI voice agent, and call recording and reporting.
