Residents can pay rent, view payment history, access documents, receive package notifications, communicate with property teams, and submit maintenance requests through the portal and mobile app. The platform is suited to operators managing conventional communities as well as HUD, Tax Credit, and Rural Development properties.
Its strongest differentiator is affordable-housing compliance. ResMan supports compliance workflows for HUD, Tax Credit, and Rural Development properties while also providing property and corporate accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, budgeting, lease execution, applications, custom lease documents, maintenance work orders, make-ready boards, inventory, and project management. Marketing websites, CRM, chatbot, contact center capabilities, screening, and resident services extend the system beyond core back-office operations.
