Leadr brings performance reviews, 9-Box assessments, employee profiles, goals, meetings, and development plans into an ongoing performance record. It is aimed at managers, HR leaders, executives, and teams that want performance work to connect with regular conversations rather than sit only in review cycles. Features include one-on-one and team meetings, AI-generated meeting agendas and notes, coaching signals, cascading objectives, and organizational reporting. Web, iOS, and Android access support teams working across desktop and mobile.
The Performance plan costs $9 per user per month with monthly billing and includes Performance Reviews, 9-Box Assessments, Success Factors & Profiles, development plans, SSO, and support.
