Our verdict on LANDED
LANDED is a web-based employee onboarding product for frontline and multi-location employers hiring hourly workers at scale. It guides new hires from a signed offer through Day 1 using a mobile-optimized link, while collecting tax forms, employment documents, signatures, certifications, and other required materials. Restaurants, retail, hospitality, grocery, home services, and similar employers are the clearest fit, especially when hiring workflows must support multiple locations and high candidate volume.
LANDED uses a contact-sales pricing model, with pricing described per location and volume discounts. The Core plan includes customizable GenAI screening, SMS-powered candidate engagement, interview scheduling optimization, unlimited admins and candidates, and basic reporting analytics. Growth adds integration with 40+ ATS and HRIS platforms, a Dedicated Client Strategist, advanced reporting and location benchmarks, and franchisee organization sign-up. Enterprise adds multi-brand and franchise organization structure, offer letter integration, onboarding integration, priority SLA, and a dedicated implementation team.
Its strongest functional focus is compliance-oriented document collection and progress control. LANDED supports digital W-4, I-9, and E-Verify completion, digital offer-letter and onboarding-document signatures, custom forms, role-specific document collection, background checks within the onboarding flow, automated reminders, and real-time tracking by candidate and location. Choose LANDED when distributed, high-volume hiring and employment compliance are central requirements; smaller employers with simple, single-location onboarding may find its multi-location orientation less aligned.
