Landbot is a no-code chatbot and AI-agent platform for marketing, sales, and customer-support teams. Its visual builder supports conditional logic, formulas, rich media, reusable bricks, and templates, while the AI Agent Block combines generated responses with rule-based flows. Bots can run on websites, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and through an API, making Landbot suitable for lead qualification, customer support, data collection, and workflow automation.
The published monthly plans create a clear progression. Free provides 100 chats per month, one seat, the full builder and templates, and free-forever access. Starter costs €40 per month and adds 500 chats, two seats, 100 AI chats, and basic integrations. Professional costs €100 per month and raises capacity to 2,500 chats, three seats, and 300 AI chats, while adding no Landbot branding and live chat support.
