Our verdict on KyberAccess
KyberAccess is a cloud-based visitor management platform for schools, healthcare organizations, offices and other facilities. It covers visitor check-in and check-out through kiosks, mobile devices and receptionist-assisted workflows, with a web dashboard for administration. Core capabilities include host arrival notifications, QR-code pre-registration, visitor photo and selfie capture, badge printing, visitor logs, analytics and emergency evacuation tracking. Its security-oriented feature set also includes government ID scanning, passport OCR, watchlist checks and background screening, making it suited to organizations that need more than a basic front-desk sign-in process.
The plan structure makes KyberAccess accessible for small deployments but expensive when advanced requirements begin. Free includes one kiosk, basic check-in, badge printing, QR-code check-in and email notifications. Pro costs $399 per location per month, or $4,200 per location per year, and adds three locations, unlimited visitors, ID scanning and verification, custom badges and sign-in flows, SMS and Slack notifications, and priority support. Enterprise adds custom integrations, SSO/SAML, an SLA guarantee, dedicated support and multi-organization management.
