Kommo, formerly amoCRM, is a cloud CRM for teams managing leads through messaging channels and visual sales pipelines. It combines lead and contact management, two-way email synchronization, unified inboxes, workflow automation, no-code bots, booking tools, analytics, and AI assistance. Web access, iOS and Android apps, an API, and integrations support small teams, growing businesses, mature teams, and larger organizations. It is most suited to sales operations where conversations and pipeline movement need to stay connected.

Pricing is organized across four plans. Base costs $25 per user per month when billed monthly and includes the core workspace, sales pipelines, unified inbox, AI reply suggestions, AI task suggestions, and AI summaries. Advanced costs $35 per user per month and adds automation tools, pipeline automation, broadcasting, no-code bots, and up to three AI agents. Pro costs $45 per user per month and adds booking and scheduling, dynamic segments, campaign ROI tracking, AI appointment booking, and sales and marketing analytics. Enterprise includes all Pro features plus single sign-on, enterprise-grade security, priority data processing or SLA, scheduled backups, and a dedicated account manager. A 14-day free trial is available.

Kommo’s ecosystem covers WhatsApp Business, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Twilio, Shopify, Zapier, Calendly, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Zendesk. Booking calendars, scheduling links, mobile lead and contact management, and API access broaden its fit beyond a basic pipeline tool. Choose Kommo if messaging, sales stages, automation, and AI assistance are central to your workflow. Teams looking for a free CRM, or needing automation and scheduling without moving to higher paid tiers, should compare other options before choosing it.
