Our verdict on Knockwell
Knockwell is a mobile-first outside-sales CRM for growers and processors whose representatives sell to dispensaries. It combines a preloaded licensed-dispensary catalog with contact and license data, buyer history, notes, suggested questions and prioritized daily account lists. Field reps can plan routes around mileage limits, record calls and visits, capture follow-ups, and track samples, orders and reorders. Territory ownership and team activity reporting give small wholesale teams a shared view of sales work.
The Launch plan costs $40 per licensed seat per month with monthly billing. It includes daily planning and route optimization, account research, editable voice-capture drafts, activity timelines, sample-to-order and reorder tracking, and team activity and influenced-revenue visibility. Voice transcription creates editable drafts that require review before saving. A 14-day trial is available, and a payment method is required. Offline activity capture synchronizes after reconnecting, while CSV import and export supports account movement into or out of the system.
Knockwell runs in the cloud through the web and is designed for a narrow outside-sales workflow rather than a broad cannabis operations stack. It has no integrations, so teams needing connected workflows across existing tools may need another CRM or additional systems. Knockwell also does not replace point-of-sale, inventory, seed-to-sale, track-and-trace or compliance software. Self-serve onboarding is currently available in Oklahoma, with Maine described as the next pilot market. Small field teams that want licensed account context, route planning and simple wholesale activity tracking should consider it; organizations seeking extensive ecosystem connectivity or operational system replacement should look elsewhere.
