Kestra is a declarative workflow orchestration platform for data engineers, software engineers, and platform teams. Workflows can be created in YAML or through a no-code editor, then run across languages and infrastructure. Scheduling, webhooks, polling, realtime events, flow triggers, MCP triggers, APIs, and external systems support varied orchestration patterns. Deployment spans web, API, self-hosted, managed cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
The Open Source plan includes declarative workflows, 1,200+ plugins, event-driven scheduling, and unlimited flows and executions. Enterprise Edition adds LDAP, SCIM, custom RBAC, SSO, audit logs, multiple tenants, worker groups, and task runners, with cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployment options. Kestra Cloud provides fully managed hosting, automatic scaling, built-in security and governance, SOC 2 compliance, and pay-as-you-scale usage. The plan structure makes the free open-source deployment accessible, while larger teams can select governance or managed hosting capabilities as their operating model requires.
