Keolux One brings IT, HR, and other internal services into a shared service-management platform. It is aimed at organizations that want departments to publish service catalogs and workflows through one employee portal, rather than manage requests in separate channels. Ticketing includes prioritization and escalation, while knowledge articles, asset and configuration tracking, SLA monitoring, and dashboards cover the surrounding service process. Web access and a progressive web app with mobile push notifications support employees and service teams beyond desktop use.

The product's breadth is its clearest distinction: alongside incident and request handling, it includes a CMDB for assets, configuration items, and dependencies, plus problem and change management with a CAB calendar and impact analysis. Visual no-code workflows use conditions and automated actions, and departments can define their own forms and catalogs. That combination suits teams consolidating workplace services, but buyers seeking a narrowly focused ticketing tool may find the wider scope unnecessary. Integrations listed include Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams, and imports from GLPI, ServiceNow, and Jira.

According to the vendor's pricing page, PME Starter costs €420 per month and includes ITSM, a self-service portal, no-code workflows, France-based hosting, and French-language support. ETI costs €650 per month for 500 employees and adds ITSM, HR and projects, the Kelex AI assistant, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Teams integrations, and updates. Grandes organisations adds enhanced SLAs, a dedicated service delivery manager, onboarding and support, plus NIS2 and reversibility support; pricing is quote-based. Pricing is based on employee count. Small and mid-sized teams should weigh the broad departmental coverage against the substantial starting price; larger organizations may value the higher-tier service arrangements.
