Our verdict on JECT Clinic Management
JECT Clinic Management is web-based software for aesthetics and medical-aesthetic clinics. It brings online appointment booking, customizable booking links, client records, digital treatment plans, consent and aftercare forms, automated reminders, marketing messages, payment links and transaction processing into one system. Its strongest fit is a small clinic that wants core booking and treatment-documentation tools without starting with a paid clinic-management plan.
The published plans show two routes. Free Clinic Management includes appointment booking, treatment plans, client record storage, consent and aftercare forms, and marketing tools. The paid JECT plan adds unlimited bookings, access to all features, 25 free SMS credits and no new client fees. Across the product, the feature set also covers automated client emails, progress photos, product batch-number logging, custom consent forms and payment links. That combination gives smaller practices a practical base for coordinating appointments, communications and patient documentation.
JECT is more focused than a broad medical spa operations suite. It supports web access and covers the day-to-day booking and record workflow, but it does not provide verified practitioner scheduling, memberships or integrations. Clinics that mainly need booking pages, records, treatment plans, reminders and forms should find the scope well aligned with their needs. Practices looking for wider platform connectivity, membership management or more advanced scheduling across practitioners should consider a product with broader clinic-management coverage.
