Our verdict on InternTrack
InternTrack is a web-based internship management platform for universities, departments, faculties, and institutions. It brings placement assignment and approval, daily or weekly log sheets, supervisor comments, configurable evaluation rubrics, assessment scoring, grade finalization, reminders, and reporting into one administrative workflow. Students submit placement information and logs, while supervisors provide feedback and ratings. Faculty and administrators can define internship sessions, monitor progress, and export reports. Its focus suits small campuses that need structured internship tracking without a broad enterprise ecosystem.
Pricing is organized around three plans. Basic Campus costs $49 per month and includes Log Sheet Management, Supervisor Reviews, and Basic Reporting. Standard Faculty costs $99 per month and adds Customizable Rubrics, Advanced Reporting, and Bulk Data Import. Institution Max includes API Access, Dedicated Support, and Single Sign-On (SSO). A 30-day trial provides an evaluation period, while the published plans also show a yearly option with approximately 15% savings. The product supports up to 200 students, making the plan structure relevant to campuses that want a defined capacity and progressively deeper administrative controls.
InternTrack’s strongest area is its internship workflow depth rather than ecosystem breadth. Placement approvals, student logs, supervisor reviews, rubrics, scores, grades, progress reports, and reminders cover the main operational stages in one product. Email, WhatsApp, and SMS support practical communication, and Standard Faculty adds bulk importing for teams moving student data into the system. Institutions that need API Access, Dedicated Support, or SSO can choose Institution Max. Campuses seeking basic tracking should consider InternTrack; organizations prioritizing extensive employer connections or a wider integration ecosystem should look elsewhere.
