Intermedia Unite is a cloud communications platform for businesses that need more than core business calling. It combines a phone system with auto attendant, custom call routing, hunt groups, voicemail management, business texting, team chat, HD video meetings, screen sharing, file sharing, and AI functions. Its web-based administration portal supports organizations managing calling and collaboration in one service. Pro and Enterprise plans are priced per user per month, with desktop and mobile apps included in Pro highlights.
