Intermedia Archiving captures and preserves sent and received business email in a tamper-proof, searchable cloud archive. It is designed for organizations that need long-term retention, compliance support, intellectual-property protection, message recovery, and eDiscovery workflows. Administrators manage permissions through HostPilot, while authorized users access archived content through the web. Microsoft 365, Intermedia Exchange Email, Gmail, POP, and IMAP environments are supported.

The published Email Archiving add-on costs $3.52 per user per month with monthly billing. The plan includes tamper-proof archiving, unlimited cloud storage, search and recovery, and Microsoft 365 email preservation. The feature set extends beyond basic storage: automatic capture, full-text search with filters, wildcards, Boolean, fuzzy, and proximity operators, plus indexing and extraction for more than 400 attachment file types. Legal hold preserves relevant archived data, while eDiscovery tools support review, tagging, filtering, and result management. Archived messages can be exported as EML, PST, or PDF.
