inSitu Sales is order-entry and distribution management software for wholesale distributors, field sales teams, DSD and pre-sales operations, warehouses, delivery teams, and B2B buyers. Orders can enter through mobile apps, a B2B customer portal, or offline workflows that synchronize later. The platform also covers customer-specific catalogs, price lists, discounts, promotions, inventory visibility, picklists, invoicing, payments, routing, GPS tracking, dispatch, analytics, and AI-assisted reorder recommendations with human review. It is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API.
Pricing is organized around monthly or annual plans. Starter App costs $200 per month or $2,160 per year and includes a Field Sales Rep App, orders, invoices, field payments, analytics, and unlimited web users. Starter B2B Ecommerce has the same price and adds B2B ecommerce, a customer portal, unlimited admin and customer accounts, analytics, and back-office integrations. Pro costs $329 monthly or $3,554 annually and combines field sales with online ordering, including both Starter packages. Enterprise costs $429 monthly or $4,634 annually, adding Rep, Picker, and Dispatch apps, a white-label B2B app for iOS and Android, and NetSuite and SAP Business One integrations.
