A broad order-to-delivery platform for larger sales and fulfillment teams.

inSitu Sales is order-entry and distribution management software for wholesale distributors, field sales teams, DSD and pre-sales operations, warehouses, delivery teams, and B2B buyers. Orders can enter through mobile apps, a B2B customer portal, or offline workflows that synchronize later. The platform also covers customer-specific catalogs, price lists, discounts, promotions, inventory visibility, picklists, invoicing, payments, routing, GPS tracking, dispatch, analytics, and AI-assisted reorder recommendations with human review. It is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API.
Pricing is organized around monthly or annual plans. Starter App costs $200 per month or $2,160 per year and includes a Field Sales Rep App, orders, invoices, field payments, analytics, and unlimited web users. Starter B2B Ecommerce has the same price and adds B2B ecommerce, a customer portal, unlimited admin and customer accounts, analytics, and back-office integrations. Pro costs $329 monthly or $3,554 annually and combines field sales with online ordering, including both Starter packages. Enterprise costs $429 monthly or $4,634 annually, adding Rep, Picker, and Dispatch apps, a white-label B2B app for iOS and Android, and NetSuite and SAP Business One integrations. Plans include 3 users, with additional app-user charges applying.
Its main advantage is breadth across sales and fulfillment rather than a narrow focus on capturing orders. Integrations include QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, Odoo, Xero, Epicor, Siigo, Zoho Inventory, Fishbowl Inventory, ShipStation, Stripe, and Authorize.net. Approval workflows and API access support connected operational processes, while offline entry helps field teams work beyond continuous connectivity. Larger teams with multiple sales, warehouse, delivery, and B2B channels should consider it; smaller teams seeking basic order entry may find the starting price and wider operational scope harder to justify.
inSitu Sales pros and cons

- Where it doesn't
- Starts at $200 per month and has no free plan.
- Additional app-user charges apply beyond the 3 users included in plans.
- The broad feature set may exceed the needs of simple order-entry teams.
