Inmovilla is a real estate CRM and operations platform for property agencies, with coverage spanning properties, contacts, demands, prospects, communications, follow-ups and matching. It is aimed particularly at small and mid-market Spanish agencies that want one system for agency operations, listing distribution, lead handling and client communication. Access is available through the web, iOS, Android and API, with mobile deployment for teams working away from the office.
Its strongest fit is the combination of real estate workflow depth and Spanish portal connectivity. Agencies can publish listings to configured portals and monitor delivery status, while integrations include Idealista, Fotocasa, Pisos.com and WhatsApp. The platform also connects a real estate website, supports automated lead responses and demand creation, and can assign leads or demands to agents or teams. Property-demand matching and configurable property sources add a way to organize supply against buyer or renter requirements. Automated email campaigns, scheduled communication sequences, contact import and AI-assisted lead qualification, emails and property descriptions extend the system beyond a basic listing database.
