Native iOS and Android apps support shoppers conducting covert test purchases and submitting results from the field, while headquarters can compare locations through configurable KPIs. The product is positioned for hospitality, retail, bakeries and services, with self-hosted deployment available for the Franchise Manager Enterprise Edition.
Pricing is structured around the broader Franchise Manager platform rather than a separately priced mystery-shopping module. Economy costs €55 per month and includes 1 admin, 2 users, 10 partners and 2 GB of storage. Business costs €329 per month and raises the allowance to 1 admin, 5 users, 20 partners and 4 GB, adding an own subdomain, database and backup.
