Housing Market CRM brings portal enquiries, contacts, property-linked conversations, tasks and pipeline stages into one workspace for real estate agents, agencies and developer sales teams. Its free plan covers core CRM work, including a Kanban lead pipeline, contact records, a calendar, viewings, dated follow-ups and notifications. That makes it a practical starting point for solo agents or teams that want to organize enquiries before paying for more automation or team controls.

Pricing separates basic lead management from campaign, matching and team functions. Free costs $0 per month. Pro costs $29 per user per month and adds email campaigns with delivery, open, click and bounce tracking, contact list uploads, lead scoring, reverse matching between listings and contacts, follow-up sequences and an AI listing writer. Business costs $99 per month and adds team roles and permissions, assignment rules including round-robin routing, reporting, an audit log, commission and deal tracking, and a client portal. A $29-per-month Importer add-on, available on any plan, handles property imports from CSV and XML feed files. Choose Pro for individual campaign and matching tools; Business is the fit when shared lead assignment and oversight matter.

Its ecosystem covers Housing Market Group portals, Housing Market Ads and Housing Market Cloud, alongside CRM imports from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, CSV and Excel. Open API and webhooks are available on Business. The browser-based service can be accessed on a phone, but there is no native mobile app, no website included with the CRM, and Gmail/Microsoft 365 mailbox sync and Google Calendar/Outlook sync are still being built. Teams that need mobile-native workflows, an included property website or those syncs now should compare alternatives; teams focused on lead routing and property matching may find the plan structure more relevant.
